- JafLeadX is a monthly subscription software service. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
- First-payment refund requests submitted within 7 days may be reviewed if the service was not activated, was charged in error, or could not be delivered after reasonable support attempts.
- Duplicate or failed-but-deducted payment cases should be sent with the transaction reference within 15 days.
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where technically possible and are normally initiated within 7 to 10 business days.
